Airport Pick Up Procedures

After you arrive at Lester B. Pearson International Airport please follow the directions specified below corresponding to your terminal.

Always proceed to the pre-arranged limousine area as follows:

TERMINAL 1: Exit the terminal to the outside platform...cross two traffic lanes...go down the stairs closest to the terminal exit...ask the commissionaire (in blue uniform) to call BUSINESS CLASS LIMOUSINE from the compound.

TERMINAL 2: Go to POST #21 on the outside platform and ask the commissionaire (in blue uniform) to call BUSINESS CLASS LIMOUSINE from the compound.

TERMINAL 3: Go to PRE-ARRANGED LIMOUSINE area on the outside platform half way the terminal (POST #23) and ask the commissionaire (in blue uniform) to call BUSINESS CLASS LIMOUSINE from the compound.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that a car has been specially reserved for your return transportation. Our vehicles are sent to meet pre-arranged reservations only.

Should you encounter any problem, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE. Call us at (416) 622-6625 and one of our agents will BE GLAD TO HELP YOU. We will be monitoring your flight.

PLEASE NOTE failure to show for a pre-arranged reservation or cancellation with less than 2 hours (sedans only) notice will result in a fee to be charged.
